EcoHost Money-Back Guarantee
The EcoHost money-back guarantee applies to the Basic, Comfort and Complete packages.
The 90-day trial period begins on the day installation is complete and the EcoHost system is working.
During this period, the customer may use the system normally, evaluate its results and compare electricity-use patterns.
A refund may be requested because of dissatisfaction with the results or simply a change of mind.
No minimum level of energy savings is required.
EcoHost will refund 100% of the total amount originally paid by the customer.
The total amount paid includes installation.
EcoHost will cover equipment removal and transportation, so the customer will not pay for removal.
Devices must be complete and in good condition, except for normal wear from appropriate use during the trial period.
After the equipment is removed and verified, EcoHost will process the corresponding refund.

Does installation require modifying the A/C unit?
No. The thermostat controls compatible units by infrared without modifying the A/C internally.
Can I start with one package and expand later?
Yes. You can expand later by adding sensors as your property’s needs evolve.
Does EcoHost need an internet connection?
Yes. EcoHost needs stable Wi-Fi for sensors, automations, monitoring and remote configuration. If the internet connection is interrupted, the thermostat continues to allow basic A/C control; occupancy- and opening-based automations and remote functions may be temporarily unavailable. Connected functions resume when connectivity returns.
